Service User Involvement

All Inclusive will assist your organisation in utilising your customers within your business structure and delivery. By focusing on training and mentoring your service users, we empower them to deliver a positive impact towards your organisation becoming person-centred. This mirrors our belief against tokenism and embraces true co-production.

Secret Service User

Check out your customer service from the inside! Our independent Secret Service User, will visit your premises undercover to sample what your organisation offers. Suitable for all businesses from commercial ventures to residential homes, and working on a ‘mystery shopper’ basis, this is achieved through spot visits or short stays. A written report will be presented on completion.

Quality Assurance

Within the Care Sector, our Quality Assurance consultancy can provide you with an independent service user view of your organisation, taking into account access and customer service, whilst adhering to the Reach standards.

Access Audits

All Inclusive has Access Auditors who are Associate Members of The Access Association and have completed an Access Auditing course at the Centre of Accessible Environments. Audit inspections are measured against Approved Document Part M May 2004 of the Building Regulations and British Standard 8300 which include current and recommended measurements and pressures.Brochure Consultancy
